AN AI CONSULTANT
WHO ACTUALLY SHIPS.

Most AI consulting ends in a slide deck. I set the strategy and build the agents and automations — working systems running against your data, not a roadmap you still have to execute.

Generative AI, autonomous agents, and process automation for companies in the US and LATAM. Senior, engineering-led, remote.

What’s happening now

You don’t have an AI problem. You have an execution problem.

You bought the licenses. Nobody uses them.

ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, a half-configured agent platform — $30K+/year in AI tooling, and adoption is under 20%. The spend is real. The ROI isn’t.

A pile of pilots, zero production.

Three proof-of-concepts, two consultants, one strategy deck. Nothing actually runs against your data or moves a number. AI is a line item, not an operator.

Strategy decks that never ship.

You paid six figures for an "AI roadmap." It’s a beautiful PDF. Six months later, not one workflow is live, because the firm that wrote it doesn’t build.

Your team is winging it (or avoiding it).

No shared playbook. Some people paste confidential data into free tools, others won’t touch AI at all. No governance means risk on one side and waste on the other.

How it works

From shortlist to systems in production.

01

Week 1

Map the highest-ROI use cases

We audit where AI actually pays off in your operation — not where it’s trendy. You leave week one with a prioritized shortlist scored by impact and effort, plus the cases we deliberately rule out.

02

Weeks 2–4

Build the first agents and flows

I build them — directly. Generative AI agents and automations wired into your real stack (CRM, email, Slack, Sheets, internal tools). Working systems against your data, not a sandbox demo.

03

Weeks 5–6

Governance, guardrails and handoff

The four places AI still breaks — and the controls so it doesn’t. Shared prompting standards, data-safety rules, and a handoff so your team operates it without me.

04

Ongoing

Measure, iterate, scale

Monthly metrics on hours saved and systems live, plus the next cycle of use cases. AI that compounds, instead of a one-off project that goes stale.

Who you work with

Gabriel Neuman

I’ve spent 15+ years building software. I came to AI and automation from inside the code — which means the strategy I give you is the strategy I can ship myself, not a recommendation handed off to a junior team.

Founder of GNB Labs. I build generative AI agents and automations in production for real companies. This is the same work I do on $50K–$150K engagements — without the consulting theater.

Vs the alternatives

Why this, and not the usual options.

Big consulting firm

Six-figure engagement, a strategy deck, and a dashboard nobody opens. They advise; they don’t build.

With GNB Labs

Strategy and the build come from the same person. You get working systems, not recommendations.

Generic AI agency

Junior team, off-the-shelf wrappers, and a black box you can’t maintain once they leave.

With GNB Labs

Senior, engineering-led. Your code, your repo, your team trained to run it.

Hiring a full-time AI lead

$180K+/year plus benefits, months to hire, and a single hire betting your roadmap on one person.

With GNB Labs

Fractional senior expertise. Start in a week, scale up or down, no payroll.

Honest limits

What I don’t do.

  • ×I don’t resell licenses. If you need ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Teams seats, you buy those direct from the vendor.
  • ×I don’t replace your security team. SOC 2, compliance and data-residency sign-off stay with your CISO.
  • ×I don’t do AI theater. If the goal is a press release about "doing AI," we’re not a fit.
  • ×I don’t hand off PowerPoints and walk away. The deliverable is systems running in production.

FAQ

Questions people ask before booking.

What does an AI consultant actually do?+

A good one does two things most firms split apart: sets the strategy (which use cases are worth it) and builds the implementation (the agents and automations that ship). I do both. The output is working software against your data, not a roadmap you still have to find someone to execute.

How much does an AI consultant cost?+

It depends on scope. A focused project runs $5K–$30K USD; ongoing fractional engagements are monthly. Big firms charge six figures for strategy alone — I price against shipped systems, not billable hours. We scope it on a short discovery call.

Do you work with companies outside Mexico?+

Yes. I work remotely with teams in the US and across LATAM. The work is async-friendly and tool-agnostic — Claude, OpenAI, n8n, your existing systems as the source of truth.

Generative AI, agents, automation — what’s your focus?+

All three, in service of one thing: removing manual work and unlocking decisions. Generative AI for content and analysis, autonomous agents for repetitive operations, and automation to wire it into the tools your team already uses.

We already started and it stalled. Can you take over?+

Often the fastest wins. I audit what you have, kill the pilots that won’t scale, and get one or two real workflows into production so the team sees momentum — then we build from there.

Let’s scope it

READY TO PUT AI
into production?

A short discovery call: you tell me where the manual work is, I tell you what’s worth automating and what isn’t. No deck, no obligation.
